Charities we support
Children and parents are very generous to charities that Birdlip supports, whether it be making cakes, dressing up or just giving time. Many thanks!
Birdlip School has recently supported Children in Need, the Poppy Appeal, Comic Relief's Red Nose Day, James Hopkins Trust and Gloucester Foodbank.
Comic Relief
We raised £86 for Comic Relief by holding a Talent Show. Pupils relished the opportunity to show their wonderful skills to eachother.
Children in Need
We raised a massive £240.25 for Children in Need through non-uniform and a cake sale. Thank you to the School Council for making it all happen!
The food donated to Gloucester Foodbank this year will help provide 290 meals to those most in need. Thank you.
The money raised helps cover the cost of specialist toys for life-limited and life-threatened children to enjoy while they are at Kites Corner.
